Hello beauties! Today I'll share my morning skincare routine! It's very simple and easy as I don't want to use tons of products on my face.
My skin is combination oily and dehydrated (well I suspect it is, I have a dermatologist appointment in a months and she will confirm it)
My skin is super oily on the t-zone, and after searching for days what could be the cause of it, I found out your skin can be so dry, that it actually produces more oils to compensate the lack of moisture.
Let's move on to my morning routine!
Please keep in mind that this is working for me and my skintype it might not work for everyone!
This is a non foaming, very gentle cleanser. My face feels very clean and doesn't feel tight at all after using it! I think I found my holy grail cleanser.
2- TONER (Klairs supple preparation toner)
This toner changed my life. It is supposed to balance your skin's ph and restore hydration to the skin. Since I started using this toner my skin has been wayyy less oily than it used to be. It smells really nice and my skin feels very hydrated after using.
3 - MOISTURIZER (neutrogena hydroboost aqua-gel)
The only moisturizer that doesn't make me oily after 20mn of wear. I really don't like the component of this moisturizer but as I said it's the only one that works for me. The texture is really nice and watery. I'm not sure it's moisturizing enough for me but since using the klairs toner I feel like this issue is fixed. I'm looking for a dupe that has healthier ingredients, if you guys have any recommendations?
This sunscreen does it's job but I have to say I hate it. It dries my skin out and I get white peels all over my face after wearing it for a while. I find it quite difficult to spread around my face. It has a really strong smell, and it's quite bothering because it doesn't go away. I'm trying to find one that will suit me better and saw that the japanese brand "biore" has one that could be good for me! I'll look into that.
